Challenge
KM Elite Training is a boxing gym in Pompano Beach, Florida, run by Coach Kariem McFarlin. The gym had no website and no way for prospective members to learn about training programs, view pricing, or book sessions online. All client acquisition depended on word of mouth and social media posts with no central destination to send interested prospects.
Strategy
We built a full-stack platform with a local SEO strategy baked in. The site features dynamic area pages targeting eight cities across Palm Beach and Broward counties, a blog CMS for articles, a coach profile page, photo gallery, pricing tiers, and integrated booking. The admin dashboard gives Coach Kariem full control over site content, gallery images, articles, and Google review management. The backend handles authentication, contact form submissions, content management, email notifications via Resend, and Google Reviews integration. Built with Nuxt 3 on S3 and CloudFront, backed by a NestJS service with PostgreSQL on AWS Lambda, provisioned through Terraform in a Turborepo monorepo.

KM Elite Training now has a professional digital platform that drives local discovery. Area pages target high-intent search traffic across South Florida. The admin panel lets Coach Kariem publish articles, manage gallery content, and control the site without touching code. The gym went from invisible online to owning its digital presence across the region it serves.
